How Much Camp Can a Small Car Carry? OneTigris Nestfire review.

How much camp can a small car carry?

You don't need a bigger vehicle to go camping. You don't have to stuff a little car to the roof, and you don't have to limit yourself to hiking gear either.

You just need to choose your gear well.

For this trip, I brought a comfortable, fully equipped camp in a small sedan, including a woodstove, and still didn't come close to filling it.

The weather seemed determined to make this camp a bit more challenging: sunny when I arrived, occasional rain in the evening, and very windy in the morning. I covered one entrance with a tarp so I could leave the door open for ventilation.

I cooked myself two full meals. That made the tent a bit hot around dinnertime, but in the morning the stove made a lot more sense, with a temperature of 4°C that felt closer to 1°C.

I did a brief review of the OneTigris portable fire pit in the morning, which ended up being a demonstration of how well it works in windy conditions. It's one item that comes back regularly in the comments.

This ended up being a fun camp. Some problems came up and were quickly mitigated. Dinner was a bit hot, breakfast a bit windy... but I had a great time.
